394 Days until Departure
Can you believe it? We are getting close to our European holiday y’all! I have created this blog to help us plan ahead for travel and to document our journey as it unfolds, so that it can be a record of the places we visit, the funny things that happen to us, and the many other wonderful people, places, and sites we encounter.
For now, I would ask that you get your paperwork in order for our Tour Company–Quest. Please make sure you send them a copy of the picture page of your passport. They need to have a record that your document is valid for at least 6 months after our departure date. Two, secure travel insurance; when traveling overseas, we ALWAYS make sure we are covered because we never know what may happen before or during our trip. Finally, if you haven’t paid any money toward your trip cost, you may want to send a partial payment soon and set-up a plan to ensure full payment by April 15, 2020–that is only 319 days away or 45.5 weeks! Quest requires your second payment by January 31, 2020 with the final payment due on April 15, 2020.
Tom and I are certainly excited you have decided to join us on this trip. Feel free to let your family and friends know the blog address, so they can follow along as you travel. 2020Euro/"Passion"Tour 
Could you include an agenda of where we will be going/staying on our trip? Would be fun researching some of the places

Hi Cyndi! We only have some proposed hotels right now…Quest will be securing rooms around the New Year, but I will most certainly let everyone know the hotels we’ll be staying at when they have been finalized by Quest.

Not sure if you got my first request for information. To apply for the trip insurance they are asking for our trip number and agent’s name. Can you help us with that info? Thank you.

Hi Steve and Pam! We do not see a trip number on any of our communications with Quest. I would try to enter the tour title: “15 Days Italy, Austria, France & Germany, featuring the Passion Play.”
As for the agent’s name, I would list “The Quest Travel Group, Inc.” If that doesn’t work, we’ve been communicating with Drew Salling and Thuc Nguyen.
